Stitch Markers $8 plus free shipping to the USA

Stitch markers are little round items, usually made of plastic or metal, that can be slipped onto the knitting needle to mark a certain place in a row. Stitch markers are often used to mark the end of a row in circular knitting, where it is not obvious where the circle begins and ends. They can also be used to mark where increases, decreases or blocks of different stitches should be placed.

RIP My Dear Mother in Law

43 years ago this lovely grandma took in a very neglected little boy. She had already raised her own children and was settling in on grandmotherhood. For the first four months of his life she made sure he had the milk he needed. Coming to learn he never received the love and care he deserved, Petey and she took in Bobby. For the next 18 years she made sure he was well cared for. They instilled in him the values that have made made him the wonderful son, husband and father he is today.

When I first met him she had to make sure my family was one her son deserved. Asking many questions of me. I guess I passed because she always spoke highly of my family. She would always share a recipe, some parenting skills, and always had time to sit and chat about the days events, a story from long ago, or what to plant in the garden that day (Titus 2).

I am so grateful to have had the chance to thank her for raising Bobby up into the fine man he is. Thank you for never letting him suffer and taking him in as a helpless infant and guiding him to be the God intended him to be.. Thank you my dear mother in law for being such a beautiful lady. I know you are where you need to be holding Helen and Bob and being with Petey after all these years. I will miss you.

In My Pocket

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

God is Great!

It all happens in God's time. It all happens in God's time. I have been praying for months now for hubby to come around to having another baby. Mother's Day we went to do a little shopping I got some seeds for lovely flowers and veggies. We had to stop at Kmart to pick up some pullups for Wyatt (who just turned 4 years old in February and will not go on the potty) and as we were walking through the baby section I said awwww I would love to have another baby.

Hubby: I don't want to be 100 when it leaves the house
Me: You won't be you'll only be 58
Hubby: With the economy the way it is we can't afford it. Maybe when the economy gets better.
Me: I won't be able to have babies when the economy gets better.
Hubby: Let's see what happens with my hand and my job.

PTL! I am so happy for him coming around. It's all in God's time. God will answer your prayers in his time..... :)
